YOUR VOTE MATTERS! Only registered voters can sign petitions and vote to decline incorporation.
If you are not registered to vote and need information to register,
please read the following.
If you live in High Ridge and have never registered to vote or are not
registered to vote for your current residence, you must be registered to vote
approximately one month prior to an election. You are only
required to register to vote once for a particular residence.
Jefferson County residents who are eligible may register to vote at
any branch of
the Jefferson County Library. According to the library website,
you will need to bring a valid
form of photo identification when registering to vote. Please contact your
county library or
Jefferson County for additional details,
as they may change in the future. The last day to register to vote is
Wednesday, March 11, 2009.

absentee. The deadline for submitting an absentee ballot is April 1,
2009.
Some comments have been made that the incorporation attempts are "a done
deal". They are not. You must get involved, inform your neighbors
and vote. The last attempt in
1979 failed and this one will too . . . with your help.
