Petition to County to Incorporate 63049The following is the language of the petition offered for signature by the pro-incorporation group Citizens for the Future of High Ridge. PETITION TO INCORPORATE HIGH RIDGE INTO A CITY OF THE THIRD CLASS To the Honorable Chuck Banks, Presiding Commissioner of Jefferson County, Missouri, the Honorable Edward L. Kemp, First District Commissioner of Jefferson County, Missouri, and the Honorable Pat Lamping, Second District Commissioner of Jefferson County, Missouri: We, the voters of Jefferson County, respectfully request that, pursuant to RSMo Section 72.080, the following question be submitted to the voters of the area proposed to be incorporated after the expiration of one year from the filing date of a Petition for Annexation to Byrnes Mill, a city of the fourth class located within two miles of the boundaries of the area proposed to be incorporated: "Should the area described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto be incorporated into a city of the third class called the City of High Ridge?"
